Jon has been playing guitar since 1970. His influences include Glen Campbell, Ted Nugent, Eric Clapton, Doug Aldrich, Paul Stanley, and his friends from Styx, Tommy Shaw and James “JY” Young, and the list goes on…

Jon composes all of his own music. He loves to write and perform everything from sweet melodic ballads, to heart pounding blues, to shredding searing leads on his guitar.

The Jon Dansie Band™ has a vast collection of songs and continually works together to create new music.

Music is not only a passion for Jon; it is a way of life.

He believes that through music you can accomplish anything.
