Life Goes On and On and On…
We are so lucky to say that our world is still turning, we are all still kicking, Michael is back among the living, our (day) jobs and families are great… The Jon Dansie Band has been playing out a lot. We hope YOU have been in our audiences!
Before the end of 2010 we played some of the best shows we have ever done. The Work Activity Center was completely AMAZING! The staff and patrons made us feel so welcome… We rocked the HOUSE! This was, by FAR our favorite gig that we have ever done. We have never been so well received. Thank you, one and all!
We played a Christmas Party for Tetra Financial at Utah’s own Grand America Hotel. Let’s see… WOW! The entire Tetra staff was fantastic to work with and perform for. We did a very special rendition of ‘Happy Birthday, BLUES STYLE’ that nearly brought down the house!!! The fire alarms even started going off! Seriously–good times. You can’t make this stuff up. Table dancing was enjoyed by all.
Toward the end of 2010, and the beginning of 2011, we have been honored to be included in the line-up of great artists asked to perform at the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) in Salt Lake City. The venue: ACOUSTIC LOVE FEST. A rotating schedule of local talent brought together by Ron Woolf of the Woolf-Bell Band. The artists span all ages and styles creating an evening of entertainment like none other. PLEASE WATCH THIS SITE, AS WELL AS OUR FB PAGE FOR FUTURE DATES. Acoustic Love Fest will be continuing on a monthly basis as long as the audiences find us worthy.
Thanks to everyone for your continued support! We are working on our 2011 Tour Schedule and would love to have you come along for the ride!
♥Jon, Floyd, and Michael
