We are pleased to announce that we were invited back to provide entertainment at the annual ADA Step Out Walk on Saturday, September 27, 2008 held at This Is The Place Heritage Park/Hogle Zoo in Salt Lake City, Utah. Nearly 1000 people walked and together raised over $50,000 to support diabetes research and help find a cure! There is still time to make a donation. We are able to accept contributions of any size until the end of October, 2008.

 IN THE NEWS:
The Jon Dansie Band CD has been on the play list on Internet Radio.
“She’s My Addiction” made the #1 spot on the Top 100 Requests list. All nine songs on the CD have been in the top 20 and have remained there steadily. 

We have been featured on the radio stations Rock 99 in Idaho and KBER in SLC. We were interviewed by Fox 13; performing live on their Good Day Utah program, and have appeared several times on Park City TV. 

We participated in the NAMM Show in Anaheim, California.

THE JON DANSIE BAND WAS FORMED SUMMER/2000.

We are an “All Original” Blues based Classic Rock band.

Jon Dansie; lead vocals, lead guitar, and songsmith.

Thomas Boden; rhythm guitar, lead guitar, and vocals.

Floyd Kunz; bass guitar and vocals.

Jon, Thomas, and Floyd all play Duesenberg Guitars; made possible by The Acoustic Musician.

AS A BAND:

We have a passion for music. Our collective years of musical experience provide us with a background we believe in. Music is a way of life for us.

PERFORMANCES:

We have performed at many events and venues throughout Utah, Idaho, Wyoming, and Nevada.

We have enjoyed playing at many private gatherings, and have headlined many corporate events for Midvale, Sandy, Salt Lake, South Jordan, and Provo cities,

The Jon Dansie Band has taken time off from touring to work on a new CD.

We have been well supported in our creative efforts while collaborating with

Annex Studios and expect to release the new CD soon.

A European tour is being scheduled.

We are currently scheduling concerts and events.

We have been working professionally as a band to reach the next level in the music and recording industry.
